Using the board
Will my child get bored of it fast?
Some kids dive right in; others need a few days. What helps: hand over one page at a time, and keep the board for outings so it stays special.

Delivery
When will it arrive, and where does it ship from?
Our boards ship from our fulfilment partners with tracking. You'll see your delivery dates on the product page before you pay: usually 8 to 16 days from your order. They're an estimate: we follow your parcel, and if it's taking longer, we email you.
How much is shipping?
Tracked shipping is $8 CAD, and it's free on orders of $85 CAD or more. We don't offer express shipping.
Will I pay anything at the door?
Taxes are calculated at checkout. If the carrier charges anything at delivery (import taxes, duties or brokerage fees), send us the receipt: we refund it within 5 business days.
Can I change my order or the delivery address?
Email us at contact@tinimano.com right away: before it ships, we can usually change the address or cancel. Once it has shipped, we can't stop it, but you can still return it within 30 days of delivery.

Returns and gifts
How do returns work?
You have 30 days from delivery to change your mind, even after play. Holiday orders placed from November 1 can be returned until January 15, or 30 days after delivery, whichever is later. Just email contact@tinimano.com with your order number (for a gift, the buyer's name is enough): we reply with the return instructions and address.
The board must be sent back to us, and return shipping is at your cost. We refund you to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving it. A loose or damaged piece? Send us a photo: a new board or a full refund, your choice, without sending it back. All the details
Is it a good gift? What if they already have one?
Yes. Just enter their address at checkout (with Apple Pay or Shop Pay, tap the delivery address to change it). If they already have one, they can return it within 30 days: they email contact@tinimano.com with your name (no order number needed) and send the board back, and the refund goes back to you.

Orders and payment
How can I pay?
All the payment methods shown at checkout: credit cards, and express options like Shop Pay or Apple Pay depending on your device.
Is my payment secure?
Payments go through Shopify’s secure checkout: we never see or store your card number.
What emails will you send me?
Your order confirmation, your shipping and tracking emails, and one review request after delivery. Our monthly play-ideas email only if you sign up for it. We don't text you (your carrier may, about delivery). We never sell your information.

Is it Montessori?
It's Montessori-inspired: one skill at a time, hands-on, no batteries. "Montessori" isn't a certification for toys, so we don't claim one.
Do you ship outside Canada?
Not yet: for now, we ship within Canada only.
